From the Roving Food Reporter

Greetings readers,

BrioThis afternoon I had lunch at Brio Tuscan Grille located near the Park Meadows shopping center in Lone Tree.

Brio is a midrange but upscale Italian restaurant – my lunch was around $20 including tip. The atmostphere was average for this type of restaurant. I enjoyed their Pepperoni and Sausage on Flatbread. My dining companion had a gluten free pasta dish, which appeared to be quite delicious as well. They do have a full gluten free menu available upon request. The waiters were quite attentive and the service was above average. If I return I’ll have to sample their desserts which looked tasty as well.  The only downside to this restaurant is that the closest parking is Valet Only. Those not wanting to pay for valet service to be closer will need to park near one of the stores (Macy’s, Dillards, JC Penny, etc) and walk back – as both my companion and I did. Overall a good restaurant and one that I would be willing to dine at again in the future.

Until next time Bon Appetit!
