Denver Rescue Mission Volunteer Opportunities

The USS Tiburon has volunteered with the Denver Rescue Mission off and on for years. Last month they reached out asking our group to once again volunteer and help them serve the homeless population in the greater Denver area. 

We will be volunteering twice on this day at the Lawrence Street Shelter in downtown Denver.  First, we are going to serve lunch to the individuals that depend on the shelter for assistance. Then, we are going to stick around and prep dinner as well. We need your help to meet the minimum number of volunteers needed. We need 8 people for each event, and you are welcome to sign up for both events if you’d like.
