Dinner Prep – Denver Homeless Shelter 2
Join your fellow members as we head to the Lawrence St Denver Homeless Shelter to volunteer our time and help the shelter prep food for their dinner service. This will take about an hour of time.
This event is limited to 8 people.

Lawrence Street Community Center The Lawrence Street Community Center offers those experiencing homelessness in Denver a safe place to go during the day, away from the dangers of the street. Along with providing meals and access to clean drinking water, restrooms, shower facilities, and laundry facilities, the Community Center gives men, women and families experiencing homelessness an opportunity to learn how to participate in our long-term New Life Program and STAR Transitional Program, as well as access to bed assignments, support from Mission staff, and information about other local service providers. |
