It was a dark and stormy night! OK, no it was not it was actually a nice night in Denver Colorado as STAR TREK Fans gathered at the UA Denver Pavilions Stadium 15 theater for the Fathom event – Star Trek: The Next Generation – A Celebration of Season 2.
Members of the Denver STARFLEET Chapters USS Pioneer and USS Tiburon dawned their uniforms for the event while others wore STAR TREK branded shirts. Members of House VamPyr (a local Klingon fan group) also was in attendance.
Everyone in the theater enjoyed the showing of two of the ST:TNG’s second season episodes, Q Who and an extended version of A Measure of a Man. Along with the episodes were special feature teases like outtakes and special interviews. We all clapped in the theater when Sir Patrick Stewart told of his first convention appearance that was in Denver just after the ending of the first season.
The group is already looking forward to the next one!
